Integrity Transformation CDC/ Westside Works

F. Hill & Associates was tapped to manage the “Care and Conserve” Plumbing Repair Program, a collaborative partnership with the City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management that provided low- income residents with needed plumbing repairs. Felicia put her Greenbelt Six Sigma skills to work to design a program based on defined and established guidelines, measure the program success and outcomes, analyze the data to make process improvements, and put controls in place for sustainability.

As part of the program model, Felicia develop a plumber apprenticeship to program to provide in-class and hands-on training to community residents to become plumber apprentices.

Mary Hall Freedom House

F. Hill & Associates has worked with Mary Hall Freedom Village from the very beginning. From a house to a village, F. Hill & Associates has been a part of their phenomenal growth and sustainability. We have provided volunteer management, special event planning, veteran’s services, and workforce development services. Most notably, F. Hill & Associates created Mary Hall Freedom Villages first workforce development program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF®). Our collaboration to end the cycle of homelessness, addiction, and poverty for women, has been truly remarkable.  We are thrilled to see this organization thrive.
